The Bill (Reg.№5177) envisages suspension of privileges for the non-competitive entrance the state and municipal higher educational establishments through the introduction of the relevant amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine. In particular it suggest suspension of the privilege regarding the non-competitive entrance for the injured people of the categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and children with disabilities due to the consequences of Chernobyl disaster.
The Members of the Committee in the course of the discussion declared that the bill norms contradicts with the article 22 of the Constitution of Ukraine and restrict the citizens´ rights.
